Exercise

Good morning, 40C WRL students!

Today's topic is exercise. I would like you to share with other classmates what kind of exercise you like to do. Do you play sports? Do you go for walks? Do you have any exercise routines that you follow? I wear a pedometer, and I walk between 12,000 and 20,000 steps each day. In addition, I exercise with weights and do floor exercises at home for 45 minutes three times a week. We all need to exercise in order to stay healthy, don't we? How do you exercise here in the United States?

    Exercise. Well, its a good topic. The exercise are very good for our body. If walk is a sport then I do exercise for everyday. In addition, I am riding for everyday too. And I was went to the gym to ran about 30 minutes after 30 minutes in the dinner time. I think the exercise is very good for our life, right?

    Exercise is very important for our health. And there are a lot of ways to exercise. In American, people often run in the morning, and they also like to swim. For myself, my favorite sport is swimming too. I really enjoy swimming in summer. In addition to swimming, I like to play ping-pong ball. It is a traditional Chinese sport. In fact, since I came to the US, I am afraid to increase the weight because there are many high energy food like fries and hamburger. So I think I need more exercise in the US.

    I don’t have an exactly routine, but I like to walk. Walking is the safest, simplest and best form of exercise. Walking is an activity that we can do practically anywhere at anytime, alone or with a companion. Walking provides a good cardio workout and you can also burn extra calories. Walking is a form of exercise accessible for almost everybody, it's safe and the health benefits are many. I try to walk at least 30 minutes per day, five days a week. Sometimes I also made floor exercises but not regularly. We must to start any kind of exercise to stay healthy.

    I like to play soccer every day. I walk to catch the bus to school. I walk to my classes. I walk to get food. I walk every day. I run during my free time. I like to swim because it is very healthy. I exercise all the time. I exercise more on the weekends. I hope to continue exercising until I die a very old man.

    The benefit walk in improving heart function and maintain health and lower cholesterol and reduce blood pressure and improve the metabolism and utilization of nutrients, as studies indicate that the rate of metabolism is slow in human fat, which is not practiced movement, while metabolism is rapid in the exercise or sports and strengthens bones and preserve the health of joints and strengthens muscles and ease the stress, since the sport in general help to the hormone endorphins, which gives a sense of human comfort and happiness. And hiking thus alleviating the tension and anxiety and disorders from the pressures of daily life that never ends. And through the practice of sports activities including hiking gets rights to self-concept, where the positive side is happy and pleased and optimistic outlook about his character and the same.

    We talk about some thing is important in our life. My first exercise during every week. Sometimes I walk around the park next to my home before I go to the school. the second exercise I often ride my bike to go school. This exercise take 25 minutes from my home until the school.So,I usually do exercise when I wake up and before sleep for my back because I have problem in my back.When, I did this exercise for my back I feel comfortable.My third exercise during every weekend. I go to the jim to do a lot of exercise for my body and use different machines for shoulders, chest, muscles, legs and back. Also I go to swimming in the pool. Then, all of these exercise important to our life and body. For example, If you want long life do every day exercise don't be lazy.
